Aslıhan Demirtaş‘s installation Fernable produced for Camila Rocha‘s exhibition Samambaia Issues can be seen at Öktem Aykut Gallery from May 25-July 13. For the work realized in collaboration with Aslıhan Demirtaş, Camila Rocha and Anderson Santos, the artist has produced a base of coal soil compressed with the geometry of Fibonacci spiral and sculptures titled Penumbra States made of carbon paper. Fernable is conceptually and materially linked to Aslıhan Demirtaş and Ali Cindoruk‘s Earthable from the Gate 27 Collection.
