We welcome new art season with two events
The international creative residency program Gate 27 continues to support the projects of its past residents hosted at its premises in Istanbul and Ayvalık, and to bring its current residents together with art lovers in the new art season.
On Monday, September 18, Gate 27’s current resident Nour Shantout will share her art practice with the audience at the talk held at Minerva Palas in cooperation with the Gender and Women Studies Center of Excellence (SU GENDER) of Sabancı University.
On Wednesday, September 20, Mairi Pardalaki hosted at Gate 27 in 2021 will meet with contemporary dance followers at an artist talk and open rehearsal event at Akbank Sanat for her continuing project Dünya Maskara: Rewriting Archives.
The events will be held in English, and attendance is limited.
