Highlighting the consequences of a human-centered, consumption-oriented lifestyle in the Anthropocene era, which indirectly leads to the climate crisis and resource scarcity, Gate 27 alumnus Nergiz Yeşil was a guest speaker at Food & Art Talks organized by the multidisciplinary platform focused on healthy and sustainable living in the city Ek Biç Ye İç on April 25th. The event focused on how the act of eating goes beyond meeting physical needs, shaping our perception and, in this context, how it affects all our activities.
